The Cure has been playing from the 80's and still now...telling from how many awards they've won for their talent,they're never going to be ignored which is wonderful. "Exile, Vilify" - PORTAL2NATIONALEXILE Video Contest Entry

A collaborative entry for the Portal 2 Exile Vilify music video Contest. A collaboration between MultiTrip and Spritzzup. I don't actually have a Youtube account of my own so it's uploaded to this one (whose owner was responsible for the video editing). My thanks goes out to him for not repeatedly punching me in the face and also to friends who gave general support and advice for the production of this music video. My love for Portal 2 and appreciation of the song prompted me to enter this contest. I aimed to capture the mood of the song as best as I could with an art style that was heavily inspired by the Lab Rat comic. I digitally painted all 70 of the scenes in the video, which took around 50 hours of work (excluding a large amount of time planning and redoing the sequences). Though I had no prior experiences with animation at all, I really gave it my best shot and I hope you will enjoy my interpretation of The National's piece, Exile Vilify. Also thanks to Adam Kovic for tweeting this! MultiTrip's comments: This nerd kept on playing TF2 and I had to stop him everytime. Fun(?) Fact: Around 200 in game screen shots were used as references!!
